Our Lifetime Guarantee is offered by Bella Shaye, therefore exchanges must be made through Bella Shaye Corporate, not our Jewelry Consultants.

Within 30 days of the original purchase your new or unworn jewelry will be replaced or exchanged at no charge. Jewelry must be in the original packaging accompanied by the original sales receipt and must be returned to Bella Shaye. Return shipping charges are at the customer's expense.

Within 120 days, Bella Shaye will be happy to repair or replace your jewelry within 120 days from the date of purchase due to manufacturer's defect. If the jewelry is not repairable or no longer available, Bella Shaye will offer the customer a replacement of the customer's choice of equal or greater value or a Bella Shaye Gift Certificate of equal value, excluding shipping charges. Difference in price, additional shipping and applicable sales tax of the replacement of greater value will apply. Simply return your jewelry to the Bella Shaye Corporate Offices. Return Shipping charges are at the customer's expense.

After 120 days, Bella Shaye will be happy to repair or replace your jewelry due to manufacturers defect for a handling fee of $7 per item. If if the jewelry is not repairable or no longer available, Bella Shaye will then offer the customer a Bella Shaye Gift Certificate of equal value excluding shipping charges. Simply return your jewelry to the Bella Shaye Corporate Offices. Return Shipping charges are at the customer's expense.

Normal wear and tear, misuse or improper care will be by determined by Bella Shaye. All returns, repairs and exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and our Bella Shaye Return Form available on our website at www.bellashaye.com. All Shipping charges and handling charges are not refundable.
