What is the philosophy behind Bella Shaye Jewelry?


At Bella Shaye we hope to inspire women to become independent business owners whether it be part time or full time. Your Bella Shaye business will always be there, and can be modified for the changes that occur in your life!

I once gave a necklace to a dear friend of mine. On the necklace the words, Dream, Create and Inspire were engraved. Until recently I did not realize what those 3 words meant in my life.

My friend and I had often dreamed of having our own business. She was a homemaker and I had worked in a "job" for many years. We both wanted a change in our life.

From the dream came creation. So we embarked on a journey of creating our dream and the life we wanted to live. We are still on that journey and will be for the rest of our lives. Creating each day how we want to live our life. Yes, we run into what we refer to as "speed bumps" along the way, but we keep at it. A "speed bump" requires a little more effort to overcome as opposed to a flat surface, but is not impossible. Every time we hit a speed bump, we reflect on how far we have come in our journey, the pride that we feel and the things in our lives that we are so thankful for. No one said this would be easy. I will tell you we think it is definitely worth the ride! Not every day is filled with speed bumps. They seem to come less and less when we are on the right path. Perhaps, they just aren't as significant anymore, because we are creating our dream. In the process of our journey we hope to inspire other women to do the same.

How many catalogs does Bella Shaye distribute per year?


Bella Shaye distributes 3 catalogs per year. We carry jewelry for our consultants on our website. Our website contains over 500 pieces! We add to our new pieces to our website on a regular basis. Our jewelry includes: rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, anklets and toe ring sets, watches, navel rings, bag charms, scarves and shawls. With our website you can place individual customer orders, order for your kit or for your shows. We have Limited Edition pieces that are introduced periodically throughout the year. We have monthly Feature Jewelry too. We offer a men's line and our Bella Princess Line for little girls, and also navel rings for the young and hip! Why do we offer all of this? To offer you and your customers variety! If there is always something new, you will have repeat customers. Your customers will not tire of our selection! Selection and variety is key!

Am I required to carry inventory with Bella Shaye?


No you are not required to carry inventory with Bella Shaye unless you choose to do so. Bella Shaye will not require you to sign up for an "auto ship" program either.

What are the commissions as a Jewelry Consultant with Bella Shaye?


Bella Shaye pays you up to 40% commissions, plus incentives. We also have monthly incentives for our Jewelry Consultants which are distributed in our monthly Newsletter. Your commissions are collected at the time of your show, plus you may receive monthly bonuses as well! All of your sales and your jewelry purchases are calculated into your monthly retail sales. If you choose to buy some extra pieces for your kit or as a gift for a loved one, those purchases calculate into your monthly commissions as well. On our monthly feature jewelry you automatically receive 40% commissions!

Does Bella Shaye offer ways to earn more Free Jewelry?


We offer the Bella Shaye Success Start Program. This program offers you the chance to earn $750 in Free Jewelry and gets you off to a great start with your business! As you complete each level of the Bella Shaye Success Start Program you will also receive a sterling silver bracelet with charms to commemorate each step of your success. Achieve all 3 levels and you are on your way to building a successful business and you will also receive one of our very hip Bella Shaye Rhinestone T-Shirts! Bella Shaye offers more ways to earn free jewelry with our monthly jewelry consultant incentives and our team building incentives. What are the minimums?


Our minimum retail sales to stay "classified", is $600 every 6 months. We have found that many companies offer $300 every 3 months and we like to give you extra time, just in case life gets in the way. Too low of a minimum, although appealing to some, you may want to ask yourself, do I really want my own part time or full time business? If I am looking for a very low minimum is it worth the purchase of a kit and the time and effort? Our minimum is easily achievable with a little effort on your part and any purchases you make to add to your kit or for your personal use is added to your monthly retail sales and your minimums. You may be asking, what happens if I don't meet the minimum? We do not deactivate our consultants. We reclassify you as a preferred customer and you can still receive 20% off on your purchases. After reclassification as a preferred customer, you may, at any time, reclassify yourself as a Jewelry Consultant. We will welcome you with open arms!

What does Bella Shaye offer in benefits for my Bella Shaye Business?


Bella Shaye will process your credit card payments, at no cost to you.! This can save you the huge expense of setup, monthly fees and per transaction fees for credit card processing. We do not believe that you should pay for application fees or yearly renewal fees, so we do not charge them. We offer our order forms, customized brochures and hostess packets to you for free. You are able to print as you need them. This saves you the expense of having to purchase these items through the company! You will submit your show orders online at no cost to you, so that your customers receive their purchase that much faster! Our Generous Hostess Rewards Plan is provided by the company as well!

What is the Bella Shaye Hostess Plan?


Our Hostess Rewards plan is very generous so that you can spoil your hostess! She will want to continue to book shows with you! Our Hostess Rewards plan offers free jewelry and ? off jewelry and more! To appeal to our hostesses even more, we offer a 3 day 2 night accommodations for a getaway! These rewards are paid for by the company, so you can make money at your shows! We also offer our consultants incentive gifts that they may use for their shows. These incentive gifts are offered to you at our wholesale price and offer you a way to increase your show sales, giveaways for games and to offer incentives to your hostess and guests.


If you would have to pay for these items it can significantly reduce your commission profits. The Jewelry Consultant will purchase a Hostess Gift for $3.25 on our website and has a retail value of $25 for their hostess.

What type of Jewelry does Bella Shaye carry?


Our Jewelry is fashion jewelry or sometimes can be referred to as costume jewelry. We do carry .925 sterling silver jewelry, silver plated and gold plated as well. Our jewelry is priced as fashion jewelry should be, affordable, quality jewelry to go with each outfit. All fashion jewelry is normally silver tone or gold tone over a base metal. What kind of training does Bella Shaye Offer?


You won't find a training CD with Bella Shaye. Huh? That is right! We look to the experts in this field for training. There is so much information available to you from coaches, successful party plan business owners, the DSWA, our newsletter, business tips, bi monthly conference calls, Bella Shaye message boards, etc. Our jewelry consultant manual also has an abundance of training info. Many of our consultants feel ready to go just after reading our manual! A training CD gives you the corporation's view of how your business should be run. How many do you know actually watch it? Perhaps that view is not what works for you or your area. There are so many ways to run a party plan business that we look to the "experts" to provide us with training. After all, many of them have built very successful party plan companies of their own, so who would you ask? Don't worry we will train with you to give you a great start and provide you with many opportunities for additional training and with these coaches via conference calls (which often are free), newsletters, websites, etc. Many coaches also have training CD's and downloads that you can purchase from them for a small fee that allows you to select the area that you need help with. Not only that but you have direct contact with a caring corporate staff who are there to help you along the way!

What does the future hold with Bella Shaye?


As our company grows, we look for ideas for new opportunities for our Jewelry Consultants, whether it is a new line, a dream car or a dream vacation. In the future and as we grow, we will be adding our rewards for our top Jewelry Consultants along with yearly conferences with the DSWA. In the mean time, we love to issue what we call challenge trips to all of our jewelry consultants! Our challenge trips are to wonderful locations and can be earned by any of our Jewelry Consultants! Let's not forget to give back. In the future our plan is to make a huge impact on some of our favorite charities by creating a jewelry piece for each charity with all of the proceeds going to the charity!
